Analoxia is a marketing and management agency. We are not a producer of the sexually explicit content shown on creator platforms, that content lives on and is managed by those platforms (OnlyFans, Fansly, etc.).
1. About 18 U.S.C. § 2257
Federal law requires producers of visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct to maintain records verifying performers were adults. This statement describes our position.
2. Our position
Analoxia is not a primary or secondary producer of any sexually explicit visual content displayed on analoxia.com. We provide marketing and management services. Content shown on third-party creator platforms is hosted and governed by those platforms.

For any content Analoxia itself contracts or produces, the custodian of records is:

4. Records retention policy
Where applicable, age-verification records are retained in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations.

For any content we contract, we verify that all performers were at least 18 years of age at the time of production.
